| Bozeat – Obituary—The death occurred in Northampton General Hospital; of Miss Maud Church, aged 50, of London-road, within a fortnight of leaving her work as foreman of Messrs Botterill and Son’s closing room. The funeral took place last week, a service being held in the Methodist Church, with which she had been connected all her life, and where she was a prominent Band of Hope worker in her younger days. The service was conducted by the Rev John Daggett, superintendent minister of the circuit. Miss Church was recently bereaved by the death of her mother, and a brother and her fiancé were killed in the Great War. |
