Nonagenarian’s Death
Matriarch of Five Generations
The death is announced of Mrs. Rebecca Brown, of Go-rong Farm, near Podington. She was the widow of Mr. Wm. Brown, and was 92 years of age. She and her husband were natives of Podington, where their forefathers had lived before them for many years. We produce our photograph showing the old lady wearing a cap, together with her daughter, Mrs. M. S. Church, of Wellingborough (69), her grandson, Mr. A. Church (49), her great-grandson, Mr. T. W. Church (23), and her great-great-grandson, Raymond Church. Another daughter of deceased is Mrs. Walker, of Strixton, who walked over to see her parent in her last illness.
