Shoe Trade Failure.—We learn that Henry Drage, shoe manufacturer, of Bozeat, who is relinquishing business, has consulted Messrs. A. C. Palmer & Co. with reference to his affairs. An assignment is to be executed to Mr. A. C. Palmer, the estate to be distributed pro rata among the creditors. The liabilities are as follows :—Creditors partly secured, £1,379 11s. 1d.; estimated value of securities, £293 5s.; leaving to rank against the estate £1,086 6s. 1d., and making the liabilities to unsecured creditors £1,695. The net assets are £49 18s. 1d.
