THE VICTORY BOOT Co. - A private limited liability company, under the title of the Victory Boot Company, Ltd., was registered on Friday last, with a capital of £2,000 in £1 shares, to carry on the business of manufacturers of and dealers in boots, shoes, leather polishes etc. The subscribers to the company (each with one share) are: Mr. J. W. Barker, "Holmlea," High-street, Higham Ferrers; Mr. A. Ernest Walker, Lancaster-street, Higham Ferrers; and Mr. Fred Sargent, 30, High-street, Higham Ferrers, and these three will be the first directors, Mr. Barker being the managing director. The accountants are Messrs. F. S. Haynes and Co., of 8a, Pocklington's-walk, Leicester, and the secretary of the company is Mr. F. Haynes, of the same address.
