To be Sold by Auction, at the Green-Dragon, in Higham Ferrers, some time in July 1772, the Day of the Sale of which will be timely inferred in the Northampton Mercury, and other Papers.
Two FARMS, consisting of 310 Acres, more or less, with C... for 148 Sheep, situated in the Parish of Stanwick, and County aforesaid, within two Miles of Higham Ferrers. — Mr Thomas Cory, one of the principal Tenants will show the premises.
The Particulars may be had at the Green Dragon, in Higham Ferrers, and at the principal Inns in the following Places, viz., Thrapstoin, Oundle, Peterborough, Wellingborough, Newport Pagnell, Kettering, Bedford, Northampton, Stamford, and Hinchin, and of Mr Thomas Cory, of Stanwick aforesaid. All Applications, in London, may be made to Mr John Maddyson, at his House at Charing Cross, or in Carraway’s Coffee-House in Change-Alley.

At the Duke of Wellington Inn, Stanwick, on Thursday, October 9th 1890, at 5 for 6 o’clock in the evening, in the following or such other lots and subject to such conditions as shall be produced at time of sale:-
Lot 1—All that Messuage or Dwelling-House, brick and slate, containing parlour, sitting-room, bedroom, kitchen, &c., with barn, stables, hovels, large garden, &c. Also all that well-built brick and slated blacksmith’s shop, with the large yard, &c. Also all that newly-erected Dwelling-house adjoining the shop, with the garden, &c., in front, in the occupation of Mr T Bridges, or under-tenant.
Lot 2—All those 4 Stone and Tiled Cottages, adjoining lot 1, with entrance from two footways with the gardens, outbuildings, barns, &c., as now occupied by Messrs. Wm. Hardwick, C. Ward, T. Baxter, and T. Mitchell.
