Fire Brigade—Irchester’s new Fire Brigade became an effective organisation on Saturday. The brigade is composed of Capt. Frank Parsons and seven firemen, and the equipment is a hose-cart, hose, and stand-posts. They had their first instruction under Second-Officer G. R. Turner, of Rushden Brigade, on Saturday, and are now a smart first-aid brigade.
