An Enlarged Photograph of the late Mr Geo Hustwaite, for many years headmaster of the Council Schools, was placed in the school-room on Friday last. The portrait, which is the work of Mr S Powell, of Rushden, is nicely framed, and is an excellent likeness. It has been purchased by the teaching staff and the scholars who at the time of Mr Hustwaite’s death collected money for a wreath, and decided, as a good sum was contributed, to spend a portion of the amount upon the more permanent memorial in the form of the portrait. The photograph bears the inscription,

“G Hustwaite. Headmaster 1885 – 1909.”
