HAVE received instructions from the Right Hon. Earl Spencer, KG., to SELL BY AUCTION, on Tuesday, 14th Feb., 1882, about 4 Acres of capital UNDERWOOD, interspersed with strong Ash Poles of 18 years' growth. In convenient lots.

The Auctioneers request the company to meet them at the Plantation adjoining the village of Strixton at Eleven o'clock a.m.

All those Two Closes of superior PASTURE and ARABLE LAND, with large Barn, Stabling, Shelter Hovels, and Stock Yard thereon, containing 13a. 2r. 8p., or thereabouts (of which about 8 acres are Pasture,) situate at Bozeat aforesaid, in the occupation of Mr. John Skevington.

The Estate is bounded on the North and East by land belonging to All Souls' College, Oxford; on the South by land belonging to the Governors of the Wellingborough Grammar Schools, and Glebe land belonging to the Vicarage of Bozeat; and on the West by the Public Road leading to Wellingborough.

ON Monday, 21st August, 1882, upon the premises of the late Mr. James Silby, Peartree Close, Bozeat, comprising:- Iron bedstead, pair of palliasses, 2 dressing tables, 2 washstands, 2 toilet glasses, 1 set of drawers, bedroom chairs, carpets, towel horse, 6 Windsor chairs, 1 easy chair, 2 Pembroke tables, oval walnut in-laid parlour table, couch and four chairs in American leather, Kidderminster carpet (about 12 yds.), 2 hearth rugs, 10 pictures, 2 fenders, 2 sets fire irons, pole and rings, 2 clocks, book stand, kitchen table, tea trays, lamps, kettles, saucepans, crockery, pails, and other effects. Also 2 rivetters' benches, lot of iron lasts, stove and piping, saw, sieve, water can, garden tools, flowers and pots, &c., &c.

N.B.—The Furniture is mostly nearly new.

LOT 2—A Close of ARABLE LAND, adjoining the road leading from Bozeat to Wellingborough, containing 5a. 3r. lp., or thereabouts, lately also occupied by the representatives of the said William Smart, deceased.

All those Ten Freehold Messuages or Tenements, situate at Bozeat aforesaid, on the road leading to Easton Maudit, with the large yard, gardens, and outbuildings thereto belonging, in the occupations of John White, John Burgess, James Warner, E. Tomkins, William Dobbs, Abraham Drage, and others; and also all that Close of Freehold Arable Land adjoining, and the appurtenances thereto belonging, containing three roods or thereabouts, now let in allotments. REAL ESTATE SALE—Messrs. Pendered Son offered by auction on Thursday evening at the "Royal Engineer" public house at Bozeat a blacksmith shop yard and premises fronting the street there, by order of Mr. Richard Brown the mortgagee. Mr. Thomas Drage, carrier, of Bozeat has become the purchaser. Messrs. Burnham, Son, and Lewin, of Wellingborough, were the vendor's solicitors.
