BY Direction of the Representatives of the late Mr. Woolaston, at the Railway Hotel, Sharnbrook, on Monday, the 22nd day of May, 1882, at Four for Five o'clock, p.m.

LOT 1 consists of a Stone-built HOUSE, used as a SHOP, situate in the Village, with Stable, Piggeries, Barn, and Garden, in the occupation of Mr. Perry as a yearly tenant: the total rent for this and Lots 2 and 3 is £50 per annum, recently reduced to £40. Apportioned rent for this Lot, £9. Area, 0a. 1r. 25p.

LOT 2—A piece of GRASS LAND and a Field of productive ARABLE LAND, near the village, containing together 12a. 1r. 6p. Apportioned rent, £20.

LOT 3 is a Field of capital GRASS LAND, close to the Village, containing 5a. 1r. 4p., severed from Lot 2 by the new main line of the Midland Railway Company. Apportioned rent, £11.

18-Acre Field—13 acres of Wheat, 5 ditto Barley.

Stone Pit Field—3¼ acres of Wheat, 1¾ ditto Beans and Oats, 20 poles of Oats, 2 acres of Potatoes, 9 ditto Spring Beans, 3 roods of Wheat, 1¾ acres of Oats.

Home Field—8 acres of Wheat.

Cottage Field—12 acres of Winter Beans, 3 acres of Wheat.

Subject to measurement.

The whole will be sold in convenient lots, with the Straw to go off.

3 Cows in-calf and in profit; 1 in-calf Heifer and 3 barren heifers, 2½ years; 1 Steer and 2 Heifers, 15 months; 2 Calves, 4 months.

Four-wheel Trolley, Buggy, Band Drag, Forks, Chaff Box, Root Pulper, Iron and Wood Pig Toughs, Harness, a few lots surplus Household furniture, and Stack of well-gotten old Hay.

The New Inn Wymington, a freehold estate with garden and outbuildings, a range of arable and pasture land known as “Debden,” a small mixed farm known as “Whitlands,” the whole containing about 120 acres, now occupied by Mr T Desborough, was offered for sale by auction by Messrs Berry Bros. and Bagshaw, Kettering, on Friday last. Bidding started at £2,000 and the estate was sold for £3,800 to Messrs W and H Peacock, on behalf of Messrs Newland and Nash, brewers, Bedford. They afterwards sold “Whitlands” farm for £360 to Mr Redhead, of Geddington.
