This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Tweltree of Newton Bromshold in the County of Northampton Widow which I do make publish and declare in manner following:
In the first place I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be fully paid returned satisfied and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named And subject thereto I give Devise and bequeath all and singular my Real and Personal Estates whatsoever and wheresoever unto and to the use of my Niece Cassandra Sykes of Bythorn in the County of Huntingdon Spinster her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for her and their own absolute use and benefit And I hereby nominate and appoint Mr John Harrison Farmer of Newton Bromshold aforesaid sole executor of this my last Will and Testament And hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this present writing to be and contain my only true last will and testament

On the 5 day of November 1840 John Harrison of Newton Bromshold in the County of Northampton Farmer Executor named in the within will was then sworn faithfully to fulfil the same according to Law and that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the within named deceased at the time of her death which happened about the middle of September 1840 did not amount in value to the sum of £50.
