This is the last Will and Testament of me Kellum Cooper of Newton Bromshold in the County of Northampton Yeoman as followeth (that is to say) I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Cooper All the Household goods that was mine before my Marriage with my Present Wife I also give to my said daughter the sum of five Pounds over and Above what I shall hereafter give between My said Daughter and My Wife Jane Cooper I Allso give and permit and suffer my said Wife Jane Cooper to have receive and take as her own proper Rights all and every the household Goods which was hers before my Marriage with her And All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Personal Estate of what Nature Kind or Quality so everthesame shall or may be at the time of my Decease I give and bequeath the same between my said Wife Jane Cooper and my said Daughter Elizabeth Equally Share and Share alike (the sum of five pounds being first paid to my said Daughter Elizabeth out of the same according to the bequest hereinbefore given) Charged and Chargeable nevertheless with all my Just Debts Legacies and funeral Expences I also nominate Constitute and Appoint My Trusty Friends John Hills of Newton Bromshold aforesaid and Edward Bollard of the same place Farmers Overseers and Trustees of this my Will and I hope that they will accept the same Trust and See this my Will Duly performed And I also Appoint my said Trusty Friends Guardians both of the person and estate of my said Daughter Elizabeth Cooper until she arrives to the age of Twenty One Years or marriage And Lastly I do hereby Revoke Disannull and make void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my only true last Will and Testament And thereof do make Nominate Constitute and Appoint my said Wife Jane and my said Daughter Elizabeth Joint Executrixes of this my Will In witness whereof I the said Kellum Cooper the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Sixth day of October in the year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty nine.
