In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Bletsoe Rector of Newton Bromshold in the County of Northampton Clerk do make this my Last Will and Testament in Manner and Form following. First I will that all my just debts be well and truly satisfied and paid by my Executrix herein after named and for the Payment thereof I hereby charge my Real Estate in Case my personal should not be sufficient. Also I give and devise unto Thomas Wyles of Yelden in the County of Bedford for the Term of his natural Life All that my Malthouse with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate at Newton aforesaid and now in the Posession and Occupation of the said Thomas Wyles together with free Liberty of Egress and Regress for Cart and Carriage and Water for the Use of the said Malthouse in and through a Close commonly called Dovehouse Close for the said Thomas Wyles during the said Term and also for his Servants or Agents. Also all my other Houses Lands Tenements Advowsons and Hereditaments with their and every of their appurtenances and all my real and personal Estate of what Nature or kind soever and in whose Hands or Possession soever the same or any part thereof may befound and wheresoever situate or being within the Kingdom of great Britain I give and devise unto my Sister Elizabeth Bletsoe her Heirs and Assignes for ever And I do hereby Constitute and appoint my said Sister Elizabeth sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all other Wills and Testaments heretofore by me made either in Words or Writing. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Twenty second Day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty five.
