Lieut. Percy Hawkins, Royal Field Artillery, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Hawkins, of “Chesterfield,” Rushden Court Estate, who enlisted about four days after war broke out, has seen much service in Egypt, Salonika, Serbia, in the Desert, and in France, is just recovering from an attack of rheumatic fever, and is at present at Woolwich. He is soon about to rejoin his regiment.
