The Proposed Sewer—At the monthly meeting of the Thrapston Rural Council yesterday (Thursday) a letter was received from the Clerk of the Chelveston Parish Council regretting the decision of the Rural Council not to bear part of the expenses of the proposed sewer. To bear the whole cost would be a great tax upon the resources of the parish. It was decided to adhere to the decision arrived at, at the previous meeting.
